As a child, no mashed potatoes on my plate were safe from being turned into volcanic calderas of bubbling gravy surrounded by a mash of grassy green peas and basaltic meatloaf chunks. Since I never did stop playing with my food, I decided to write this blog to share with you the food adventures, competitions, and creations that continue to bring me joy, often obsession, and the occasional trophy!

I live in Baltimore, MD with my partner, Jack, and dog, Nathaniel Boh.
